The reason behind is the  cold temperature that will cause the tissues to contract. This in turn makes the breast appear lifted and more firmer.


2 ice cubes for the massage is enough at one time. Start your massage in circular motion around each of your breasts for 1 minute. With a soft towel, dry your breast and immediately put on a proper fitting bra.Stay in a reclining position for 30 minutes. Do this at regular intervals. Note that ice can cause numbness if exposed to your breasts to ice for more than 1 minute.

4. Olive Oil
